Homeward Bound represents a journey not a destination.
Homeward Bound is one of the largest providers of residential services to individuals with severe and complex disabilities. Homeward Bound provides personalized, long-term supports to both children and adults in the metropolitan area.
We provide these services in 14 four person homes and two six person homes in the northwestern and southwestern suburbs of Minneapolis; and a 32 person facility located in Brooklyn Park.
