Rochester Toyota is seeking an individual to be responsible for scheduling service work in the service department and consulting with customers on recommended services for their vehicle. We will train the right individual. We do, however, require a superb attitude and a healthy team work ethic. Great 'people' skills are essential. AN AUTOMOTIVE BACKGROUND IS PREFERRED. We offer a great pay plan with plenty of room for growth. Toyota brand knowledge helpful, but is NOT required.
We have excellent benefits and also offer a 401K plan with co-pay. |

| Education, training, experience: |
Job requirements:
The position is a customer service/sales position.
Must have a technical background, automotive and/or diesel experience preferred.
Must have strong customer service, communication skills, an outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and an excellent attitude.
A strong ability to multitask is a must.
Experience with computers, good keyboarding skills, and be familiar with Windows.
Demonstrated planning, organizing and prioritization skills.
