Globe University/Minnesota School of Business seeks individuals willing to teach one or more courses each quarter in the Associate of Applied Science Cosmetology program.
We are a private institution that offers online classes and both day and evening classes on several campuses. Ideal candidates are patient, well-prepared and passionate about their discipline and desire to contribute to the training of our next generation of computing professionals.
New instructors usually begin with part-time teaching loads with full-time loads possible in the future. This position is ideal for working professionals who wish to add a second source of income as well as for career instructors/trainers.

| Education, training, experience: |
- Prior teaching experience a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree required for lower division courses, Masters Degree plus 15 hours in specialized area required for upper division courses.
- Customer-focused with emphasis on being timely, accurate and efficient.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills with ability to show empathy in student situations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where exceptional service and customer satisfaction is a key element of company brand.
