Job Description: 
Our Marketing Department has an opportunity for a full time Credit Card Sales Manager. This position is responsible for managing all activities of the Commercial Sales division and will report to the Marketing Director. This individual will be responsible for: increasing membership of the three types of Kwik Cards available to our customers, increasing the sales of fuel to new and current customers, oversee a staff of 5 sales people and sales support staff, work cooperatively with Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Credit, Petroleum, and Legal department as well as Retail Operations and all Retail stores. This person would also be responsible for overseeing the creation, updating, development and implementation of the marketing support materials associated with the Kwik Card Program and future loyalty programs. Some traveling is required for this position.

Education, training, experience: 
2 plus years of sales and/or outgoing telemarketing experience, previous Management experience is strongly preferred; previous sales experience; exposure to credit cards or related fields such as accounting and marketing; possess strong written/oral communications skills and interpersonal skills; experience in presenting, explaining, selling, and negotiating; ability to implement and execute plans; ability to interpret information into meaningful results; exercise sound judgment within company guidelines; lead, teach, and persuade others through cooperation and teamwork; ability to provide co-workers with timely and professional job performance feedback; prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks; prepare, process and analyze budgets/paperwork; valid drivers license with excellent driving record; have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; possess a thorough understanding of the operational policies and procedures of Kwik Trip, Inc.

Work Schedule:
Typically Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Due to promotions and travel requirements, some overnights and extended hours are necessary at times.
