Responsibilities: Ensure excellent customer service standards are met; recruit, hire, train and supervise 10 - 20 co-workers; promote Kwik Trip Inc.'s food service programs including our Hot Spot, bakery items, roller grill, fresh case, and hot beverage programs; increase store profitability through inventory control; monitor store expenses and sales promotions; complete daily and weekly bookkeeping; follow and enforce all company policies, including IDing for alcohol and tobacco sales; maintain store conditions (cleanliness, security, equipment maintenance, merchandising). |

| Education, training, experience: |
High School Diploma/GED; prior Retail Management experience; enjoy working with food service items; ability to adhere to and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines; Valid Driver’s License. Core Competencies: The ideal candidate will be a People Person with High Energy, outstanding Communication Skills and possesses the Passion, Professionalism and Business Knowledge to run a well Planned and Organized retail operation.
