The Data Analyst Intermediate in the Individual Business unit will focus on Operational Reporting. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining reports on operational performance and productivity. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations, and work with him/her on a variety of reports and data analysis - in an effort to properly analyze daily operations and work on process improvement. The data analyst will create and distribute reporting packages used to aid in effective and cost efficient management of company resources. Provide analytical support and consultative recommendations to internal departments and assists management / senior management with business and financial decisions that impact Cost, Quality, Delivery and Customer Satisfaction. |

| Education, training, experience: |
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Information Systems or related field and 2 years related experience required. Knowledge of statistics, finance and economics principles and practices preferred. Knowledge and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software. Experience running queries and reports from MS Access and/or SQL based databases. Experience in the health insurance industry preferred. Experience in process and quality improvement of existing systems and processes desired. |
